Delivery Information
We deliver measuring wheels throughout the United Kingdom.
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched on the next working day after payment is received.
Delivery: We use FedEx. A next-working-day (24-hour) courier service is used where available. FedEx service availability and transit times depend on the dispatch and delivery postcodes. Islands, rural and remote destinations can take longer than one working day; next-day delivery is not available to Scottish offshore islands. We will confirm the available service for destinations requiring clarification before accepting an order or payment. Delivery dates and courier transit times are not guaranteed.

Your full delivery postcode is used to determine the delivery-price region using UK geographical data. Known ambiguous locations, including some bridge- and causeway-linked islands and postcodes sharing mainland and island geography, require telephone confirmation. If we cannot reliably classify your delivery address, checkout will be unavailable and you will see: “Please call 07984 327425 to confirm delivery arrangements.” Channel Islands and Isle of Man destinations are not included in automated checkout unless separately approved.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Courier delays may occasionally occur.
Northern Ireland: Please call 07984 327425 to confirm delivery arrangements before ordering.
